These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any services provided by Advandz Technologies, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (also referred to as "Advandz", "The Company", "We", or "Us"). By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel any service hosted on our infrastructure or on servers leased by the company.

For services hosted on colocated servers owned by the customer, we will provide notice of cancellation and instructions for reclaiming the server. If a colocated server is not reclaimed within 60 calendar days, ownership will transfer to Advandz Technologies, LLC.

2. Resource Usage and Limitations

Services include specific disk space and bandwidth allocations based on the selected plan.

• Exceeding usage limits may result in automatic overage charges or service suspension if fees cannot be collected.
• Services labeled as "unlimited" or "unmetered" are subject to a fair usage policy and may not be used for:
  • Backup storage
  • Long-term archiving
  • Any use not typical of normal web hosting activity

3. Permitted and Forbidden Content

We may allow pornographic or adult content, depending on applicable laws and our internal policies. If we determine content is unsuitable for hosting, we will notify you to migrate your data.

Hosting, storing, or distributing child pornography is strictly forbidden. Violation will result in immediate account termination, and the incident may be reported to authorities.

4. Zero Tolerance for Spam

We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for Spam. This includes but is not limited to:

• Unsolicited commercial email (UCE)
• Unsolicited bulk email (UBE)
• Unsolicited instant messaging or forum spamming

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your services, at our sole discretion, with no refund.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any of the following:

• Topsites
• Anonymizers or Proxy Networks (e.g., Public VPNs, TOR Nodes)
• Pirate Software/Warez
• AutoSurf, PTC (Paid-to-Click), PTS (Paid-to-Signup), PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
• IP Scanners or Network Crawlers
• Brute Force Applications or Password Guessing Tools
• Mail Bombers, Spam Scripts, or Bulk Mailers (e.g., Mailer Pro)
• External download link generators
• Continuous Commercial Audio Transmissions (limited to one or two transmissions allowed)
• Bank Trusts
• High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP), Ponzi or MLM schemes
• Investment platforms (e.g., FOREX, E-Gold, Second Life/Linden)
• Non-prescription or illicit substance sales
• Bank Premium Programs
• Online lotteries or Virtual Casinos
• MUDs (Multi-User Dungeons), RPGs, or PBBGs
• Hacking-related content or tools
• Sites promoting illegal activity
• Pirate Software or Warez forums
• Bank trust or financial exchange platforms
• Fraudulent websites or phishing attempts
• Video encoding or live streaming platforms
• TeamSpeak or similar VoIP servers
• Public Game Servers (Personal use allowed)
• Cryptocurrency mining (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc.)
• Unsafe or discontinued control panels (e.g., zPanel, Kloxo, Sentora, CWP)
• Scripts/tools for DDoS or stress testing
• Virtualization chains (e.g., QEMU nested, Wine emulation)

Violating this section may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your services, with or without prior notice, and without refund.

6. Maintenance and Uptime

We reserve the right to suspend services at any time for system maintenance, security patches, or infrastructure upgrades.

7. Backups and Data Loss

While we may offer backup solutions, you are solely responsible for your data. We are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Hardware failure
• Software corruption
• Human error
• Natural disasters or force majeure events

We strongly recommend maintaining your own off-site backups.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available within 30 days of the initial purchase of a new service.
Renewals, add-ons, or upgrades are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day window.

9. Copyright and Legal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you host.
If a valid copyright complaint is received, we may immediately terminate the affected services without notice or refund.

10. Malware and Abuse

If any services are found to contain:

• Malware
• Phishing tools
• Viruses
• Trojans
• Any form of malicious content or abuse

We reserve the right to terminate all services under your account without notice or refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the Federal Laws of the United States of America.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
