To create an email account can create it from cPanel or from the client area. In this example we will make from cPanel.

Log in to the Clients Area.

Go to the Dashboard, where you will find the services section.

Once in the services section, look for your Hosting account and click in the "Manage" button.

Go to the "Switch" tab.

Click in the "cPanel" button to log in in the cPanel.

In the cPanel find the Emails Section and make click in the Accounts Icon.

Fill the data and done, your email account already is active.
